Care Consults was founded by a former registered manager and a public-sector bid writer who kept seeing good providers struggle with the same things: applications rejected on technicalities, policies written for shelves rather than shifts, and inspection feedback that arrived too late to act on.
So we built the consultancy we wished we'd had — specialists who work only in adult social care, explain what CQC actually looks for, and leave behind systems your team can run without us.
