Know where to look

Opportunities appear on Find a Tender, council portals and framework re-openings — we build you a pipeline so nothing worth bidding passes you by.

Quality wins

Care tenders are scored heavily on quality and social value, not just price — method statements are where contracts are won and lost.

Evidence matters

Commissioners check CQC ratings, policies and track record — strong compliance is a commercial asset, and we help you present it.

Support at every stage of the bid

Take the full service or just the piece you're missing — every engagement starts with an honest view of whether the bid is winnable.

Opportunity pipeline

Monitoring of portals and frameworks matched to your services and areas, with a monthly shortlist and bid/no-bid recommendations.

Full bid writing

Method statements, quality responses and social value answers written with your team — specific, evidenced and scored against the criteria before submission.

Bid review and scoring

Already drafting? We mark your responses like an evaluator would — question by question — and show you where points are being left behind.

Frameworks and DPS entry

Applications to council frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems — the standing lists most care work is called off from.

Bid library and case studies

Reusable evidence bank — outcomes data, case studies, CVs and certificates — so every future bid starts at 60%, not zero.

Post-tender debrief

Win or lose, we analyse evaluator feedback and turn it into concrete improvements for the next submission.

How a bid comes together

1

Bid/no-bid

Honest scoring of fit, winnability and margin before you spend a penny on writing.

2

Win strategy

What the commissioner actually wants, your differentiators, and the evidence to prove them.

3

Draft and evidence

Responses written to the marking scheme, with your operational detail woven through.

4

Red-team review

A fresh evaluator's pass to close weak answers, check compliance and tighten word counts.

5

Submit and debrief

On-portal submission, clarification handling, and feedback captured into your bid library.

Tender questions, answered

Ask us anything →
We're newly registered with no track record — can we still win?
Yes — start with framework and DPS entry, which is usually open to new providers who can evidence compliance and capability, then build from smaller call-offs. We'll be honest about which opportunities are realistic now and which to grow into.
What's your win rate?
We'll share real examples on your consultation call rather than quote a headline number here — win rates depend enormously on which bids you choose to enter. That's why our process starts with bid/no-bid scoring: not bidding on the wrong tender is the cheapest win there is.
How much notice do you need before a deadline?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full write; a review can turn around in days. Tighter deadlines are sometimes possible — send the pack over and we'll tell you straight away what's achievable.
Do you also handle NHS and ICB opportunities?
Yes — including continuing healthcare and complex care opportunities commissioned by integrated care boards, which follow their own selection rules. We tailor the approach to the commissioner and route rather than treating every tender the same.
How do you charge for bid support?
A fixed fee per bid, agreed after we've seen the tender pack — based on the number and size of responses, not a percentage of contract value. Pipeline monitoring and bid library work run as a simple monthly arrangement you can stop any time.
